Worst real estate we've ever dealt with...They refused to give full bond back because the house we booked had a single hair left in the bathroom sink, coffee table was bit dusty and they said food left in premises which i say BS. Cozwe cleaned both the fridge and the freezer even took out the rubbish in the bins I would understand if we left the house in bad condition or broke something however that was unacceptable If we have to clean till the house is spotless what are you paying your cleaners for... They wanted to charge $80 when we send an email contesting they dropped to $30 Why would anyone leave a bad review if they were happy with the service...Will never deal with them again
